Job description The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the team in managing the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networks, software applications, and security systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in IT administration, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal functionality. Providing technical assistance and support to end-users Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all supported systems and devices. Implementing security measures to safeguard against cyber threats and data breaches. Collaborating with other IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues. Troubleshoot problems across multiple platforms (Windows/Linux) and technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V. Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services like Office 365 and Azure. Knowledge of network protocols and technologies TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
