Job description Key Responsibilities - Architect scalable, enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, App Engine, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. Lead workshops to gather business requirements, define architectural blueprints, and present solution designs to stakeholders. Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers. Enforce ServiceNow platform best practices for configuration, development, and governance. Mentor developers and junior architects on scalable design patterns, platform optimization, and architecture standards. Translate complex business needs into comprehensive technical designs and solution frameworks. Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform innovations and industry best practices to inform and elevate solution strategies. Required Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in IT Service Management, enterprise architecture, or IT solution consulting. 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple functional modules. Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and performance tuning methodologies. Proven expertise in designing and overseeing complex integrations (REST, SOAP, SSO, LDAP, etc.). Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (minimum three modules). - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer. - ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4). Preferred Experience - Experience leading ServiceNow implementations in large, global enterprise environments. - Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps integration. - Working knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ServiceNow integrations.
