Job description Job Title: Brand - Assistant Manager/Manager Location: Mumbai Experience: 5-7 years Location: Head Office Andheri East - WORK FROM OFFICE Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager located in Mumbai at Imarticus Learning. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the overall brand strategy, including marketing campaigns, product branding, and market research. They will work closely with various teams to ensure brand consistency and develop creative strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Brand Strategy & Campaigns Design integrated brand campaigns for new product launches and center-led initiatives. Define positioning, core messaging, and differentiation narratives in line with business goals. Lead end-to-end event branding (alumni meets, workshops, influencer panels, center launches) ensuring high-impact execution. Work cross-functionally to roll out both online and offline campaigns with unified branding. BTL & On-Ground Marketing Conceptualize and execute offline campaigns, activations, events, and education fairs across key cities. Drive center-level marketing strategies in collaboration with business and regional teams. Supervise vendor execution for center branding elements signage, interior branding, print collaterals, and local promotional assets. Monitor effectiveness of BTL initiatives and optimize based on learner and counselor feedback. Sales Enablement & Support Develop collaterals (brochures, one-pagers, presentations, comparison charts) tailored to different learner personas. Create sales playbooks that offer program USPs, objection handling tips, and insight-driven messaging frameworks. Translate learner insights, competitive positioning, and success stories into impactful sales tools that drive conversion. Build regional/localized content variations that align with cultural and linguistic nuances. Partner closely with enrolment teams to continuously refine messaging based on market response and funnel data. Collateral & Content Oversight Own creation and upkeep of ATL and BTL marketing materials across mediums (print, digital, video). Collaborate with internal creative teams and external vendors to deliver visually consistent, on-brand communication. Maintain a centralized asset library for internal stakeholders and field teams. Research & Competitive Intelligence Conduct competitor analysis and market studies to stay ahead of branding trends. Leverage insights from learner behaviour, counsellor conversations, and feedback loops to inform content and positioning.
