AI-First Prototyping Leverage conversational AI, generative models, and automated design/code assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Manus, Lovable) to assemble clickable prototypes, MVPs, or live demos in hours. Roadmap & Metrics Define and iterate on key outcomes (engagement, retention, ROI), using AI dashboards and analytics to guide prioritization. Cross-Functional Leadership Orchestrate designers, engineers, data scientists, and Growth/Marketing to turn AI-generated insights into production-ready features at breakneck speed. Continuous Feedback Loop Embed AI-driven user testing and A/B experimentation directly into development pipelines for real-time learning and iteration.
