Job description Download data as per specified formats for Clusters and Corporate stake holders Prepare the data for initial data analysis on parameters specified Prepare reports in designed formats. Monthly, weekly and daily standard reports timely and accurately as per the reporting calendar HRSCC Operational activities status to VIL stake holders Ad- hoc reports on demand from various teams eg. HR , Finance , IT Cross-functional reports to HRBPs Co-ordinate with IT team ( Accenture , My World , Poornata ) and the requestors for configuring the new changes in HR system and processes Checking the data in HRMS as per standard process guidelines Checking the data flow to other downstream applications Accompanying the technical team for conducting UATs for various HR applications and processes Assist in data migration from legacy system to new HRMS and other downstream applications Create appropriate data sources for HR analytics. To provide timely, accurate and insightful HRMIS. Data Audit & Monitoring of all the updates in HRMIS system so as to have central repository of data. Data mining to create appropriate trend analysis of attrition, diversity and demographics To provide innovative dashboards with deep dive data analysis.
