Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior IT Recruiter Domestic Recruitment with 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end IT hiring within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the domestic recruitment landscape. Key Responsibilities Lead the entire recruitment life cycle for domestic IT roles—from understanding job requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, to offer negotiation and onboarding. Leverage Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques across job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify top talent. Conduct market research and talent mapping to support hiring for critical and niche roles. Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals and ensure timely closures. Deliver a professional, engaging, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation. Key Qualifications 3–6 years of experience specifically in domestic IT recruitment. Hands-on expertise in Boolean search, sourcing, and screening for a wide range of IT roles. Strong understanding of the Indian IT talent market, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and internal teams. Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
