Job description Role: Inside Sales Manager Location: Noida, Hyderabad, and Coimbatore(Flexible remote) Job Type: Full time Looking for someone who has good experience in working with the Domestic and US Recruitment companies, who can bring new clients to the organization and help in revenue generation. Role & responsibilities Conduct outbound calls and use LinkedIn to reach out to prospective clients and introduce our IT recruiting services. Qualify leads by understanding their hiring needs and interest in our offerings. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM. Collaborate closely with the sales and recruiting teams to ensure smooth transitions. Preferred candidate profile 5-8 years of experience in B2B appointment setting. IT Staffing experience is a must. Previous experience in B2B appointment setting, preferably in recruitment or IT services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
