RTR Specialist Hyderabad Job description: Month-End Close: Ensure all month-end close activities are completed accurately and on time, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with the controllers requirements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Team Player: Co-ordinate & co-operate within a team of 10 accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Technical Expertise: Maintain a strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations, and provide guidance to the team on complex accounting issues. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the RTR function. Communication & Presentation: Must have Good communication (written & verbal) and must have good presentation skill. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, and support audit activities as required. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
