This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your core engineering career and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: Production Department: Assist in day-to-day production activities. Operate and monitor machinery and processes. Maintain production logs and documentation. Follow safety and quality protocols. Quality Control: Conduct inspections using tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc. Support quality assurance processes and audits. Record defects and assist in root cause analysis. Ensure compliance with product specifications. Installation & Commissioning: Support on-site installation and setup of mechanical systems. Coordinate with senior engineers and clients. Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance. Travel to client locations as needed. Who Can Apply: Fresh graduates with a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2023/2024/2025 pass-outs). Basic knowledge of mechanical tools, manufacturing, or quality systems. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in shifts or travel (based on job role).
