Job description QA Lead Responsibilities Understanding business requirement. Creation and approval of Test Scenarios, Test Case, Use Case, User Stories and API Test Cases. Focus day to day testing activities, More hands-on involvement in the actual testing process. Leading a team of testers and be responsible for the quality of their work. Responsible for identifying and documenting defects, process improvements and automation. Maintaining and Tracking Quality Assurance metrics. Participating in project management meetings as and when required. Coordinating with other teams to ensure timely delivery of quality software products. QA Lead Requirements & Skills 4 years of experience in software testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team of testers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience with test management tools.
