The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the supply of contract labour Responsibilities Manage and coordinate labour for interior execution projects. Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and deployment of labour. Ensure compliance with labour laws and safety regulations specific to construction and interior projects. Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce safety protocols on-site. Maintain accurate records of worker attendance, hours, and performance. Act as a liaison between project managers and workers, addressing and resolving issues. Facilitate effective communication among all parties involved in the project. Qualifications Diploma or bachelor s in Civil Engineering 6-10 years of experience Hindi speaking is must Good to have experience in interior project. Basic understanding of labour laws and safety regulations. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
