The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading a team of sales professionals, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role demands a strong understanding of the office furniture industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple sales channels. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for modular office furniture solutions. • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate revenue, maximize market share, and grow customer base. • Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring that targets are met across different product lines and customer segments. • Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and make adjustments to sales tactics as needed. Team Management & Leadership: • Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve both individual and team-based sales goals. • Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for sales team members and provide regular coaching and feedback. • Organize regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and opportunities, and to share best practices. • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team, encouraging professional development and continuous learning. • Resolve team-related issues and ensure a positive work environment conducive to achieving sales targets. Client Relationship Management: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and facilities managers. • Understand customer needs and provide tailored modular furniture solutions that align with their office space requirements. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to post-sale support. • Address customer concerns and issues quickly and effectively to retain long-term relationships. Sales Planning & Strategy: • Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and events that will drive business growth. • Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments for the company’s product offerings. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and sales collateral to support team efforts. • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis: • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement. • Analyze sales data to understand performance trends and identify areas of improvement for both the individual sales team members and the overall sales strategy. • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, lead conversion rates, and average deal size. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: • Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the product portfolio remains competitive. • Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery and installation for clients.
