Job description Role: To support and assist operators working in Production - Machine section operations to develop and retain skills, to maximize the efficiency, quality of output production, Cycle time analysis, Wastage reduction through lean techniques, safety, 5S and involvement in various continuous improvement projects. 1. Machine section-operations OEE monitoring on daily basis. 2. Analysis of In process rejections and implementation of actions to reduce the rejections. 3. Supervising the all operations in production report to Section in-charges 4. Highlighting any shortage/discrepancy of material and confirming the alternate plan with PPC Production In-charge. 5. Optimum utilization of man, machine materials for reducing the wastage 6. To ensure all displays in shop floor (work instructions, OCPs, MSDS, safety related 5 S related documents) 7. Motivating the employees in the production team to participate in Suggestion scheme, QCC Kaizens 8. To update suggestions and QCC implementation status all over plant. 9. To update documents related ISO, IMS audits and lead the audit on ISO, IMS for production department and close any non conformity rised. 10. To motivate, arrange and conduct training programs to all over plant.
