Job description Role & Responsibilities: We are seeking a proactive Talent Relations Manager to lead the human resource function at NeoKrid Media Pvt Ltd (Project Starscape), a next-generation media company managing a diverse roster of predominantly female digital creators. This role involves managing all aspects of talent relations and organizational HR while fostering a supportive, high-performance environment across our creator ecosystem.
