We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Branch Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and sales performance of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting business objectives. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution. Key Deliverables/Responsibilities of this position Sales Leadership: Drive branch sales targets and ensure consistent growth in line with company goals. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the local market. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; initiate corrective actions as needed. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives and support staff. Set individual targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching. Conduct regular training sessions and skill enhancement programs. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Handle escalated customer queries or complaints professionally and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including doctors, surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement officers. Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch activities to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Manage budgets, cost controls, and profitability. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and audit compliance. Look after monthly indent and monitor branch logistics. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the branchs territory. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Represent the branch in local events, networking, and industry forums. Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare settings. Promote the companys portfolio of medical devices to healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and key decision-makers. Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and industry events as a representative of the company. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (10+ years) in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Knowledge of local market and customer base is a plus.
