Job description Role & responsibilities Strong background on LTE & 5G RF - concepts of network architecture, radio protocols and call procedures. Strong understanding on RF Parameters, RF KPI, RF KPI Calculation formulas & KPI logics. Strong understanding of documentation, including RF Optimization procedures, troubleshooting steps Strong hands-on experience on Layer-3 Analysis, on field Drive Tests. Issue Troubleshooting, RF Tools as XCAL, XCAP, TEMS, QXDM, QCAT, MapInfo, Mycom etc. Strong troubleshooting skills to debug and analyze RF and network related issues with LTE and 5G RAN. Understanding of architectural solutions, design, specify, implement, test RF features, LTE and 5G product and solutions.
