Job description Job Title: (Oracle Fusion Procurement and HCM Domain) Power BI Developer Location: Onsite in Saudi Arabia for minimum 1 month/Remote Experience: 6+ Years Job Type: Contract for 6 months Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion database and a deep understanding of the Procurement domain. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of total experience, with a proven track record in data modeling, report development, and business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Oracle Fusion (Cloud/Fusion Apps) into Power BI using best practices. Work closely with Procurement stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions. Develop data models and visualizations to support procurement metrics such as supplier performance, spend analysis, sourcing efficiency, etc. Optimize Power BI datasets, performance tuning, and automation of report generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, functional, and technical) to ensure data integrity and report accuracy. Provide support, maintenance, and documentation for all developed dashboards and data models. Ensure compliance with data governance and security guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 6+ years of total IT experience with at least 3 years in Power BI development. Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, specifically within the Procurement and HCM module. Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement analytics. Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and data modeling techniques. Hands-on experience with data integration and APIs related to Oracle Fusion. Experience working with large datasets and building complex KPIs/metrics. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Power BI certification. Exposure to other BI tools or platforms (Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, etc.). Understanding of supply chain or finance modules in Oracle Fusion is a plus.
