Job description Your Role and Responsibilities Design and develop high-performance backend systems using Core Java and related technologies. Develop and maintain server-side applications with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and reliability. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a Linux-based environment. Implement multithreading and concurrent programming concepts for high-performance applications. Collaborate with the QA team to define test plans and fix defects. Ensure the application’s performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous improvement. Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Required Skills: Strong Core Java skills (including Streams, Exception Handling, NIO - concurrent IO, Multithreading, OOPS) Fundamental knowledge of Data Structures Experience with Linux (command-line usage, shell scripting, Pearl Scripting and troubleshooting) Familiarity with Concurrency and synchronous/asynchronous programming concepts Hands-on experience with RESTful Web Services Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns. Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
