Job description Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential home buyers from the database or campaign leads. -Explain residential project details, amenities, pricing, and location benefit. -Schedule and confirm site visits for interested customers. -Share brochures, pricing sheets, videos via WhatsApp and Email. -Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and update CRM. -Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth site visits and closures. -Maintain call logs, customer feedback, and daily reporting. Preferred candidate profile -Only Female Candidates with 2-4 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in real estate. -Good communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada. -Confident, target-driven, and polite on calls. -Familiarity with WhatsApp follow-up, Excel/CRM is a plus. -Immediate joiners preferred.
