Job description Role & responsibilities 1. Prior experience working in a factory, preferably a manufacturing unit. 2. Thorough understanding of Factory Acts, Rules, and Regulations. 3. Comprehensive knowledge of compliance requirements. 4. Experience working within a unionized environment, including handling and resolving issues. 5. General administration duties. 6. Strong written and oral communication skills. 7. Experience managing contract employees. Note : The Candidate should have not worked in more than two companies.
