Job description Role & responsibilities To Manage and ensure delinquency related parameters (Including collections efficiency, roll forward/roll back%, are within targets for all buckets) Ensure legal guidelines and audit queries are complied with. Ensuring adequate Feet on Street/Agencies availability area wise/bucket wise/segment wise. Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters and weekly review with the collection executives. Ensuring background and reference check of Collection Executives being appointed.
