Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop and maintain backend services for our products. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code. Contribute to building and enhancing our scalable systems to handle high traffic. Work with different teams including Frontend, QA and DevOps to integrate and deliver backend solutions. Learn and contribute to the development of microservices, APIs and other backend infrastructure. Explore and apply AI-driven tools and workflows in your daily development tasks, with mentorship, to boost efficiency and contribute to modern software engineering practices. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science. Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java, Ruby). Understanding of Web Dev frameworks like Ruby on Rails or Spring Boot. Fundamental knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Understanding of software engineering principles such as OOPS, DRY, SOLID etc Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Passion for coding, problem-solving, and technology. Prior internship or project experience in backend development. Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI can be leveraged in software development, including a willingness to adopt AI-assisted workflows and tools.
