Job description Job Title: Overseas Education Counselor & Tele Caller Company: IND OVERSEAS Location: Panjagutta Working Hours: 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M Experience: 2 - 7 Years Overview: IND OVERSEAS, a reputable name in the field of overseas education, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Overseas Education Counselor & Tele Caller. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding and assisting clients in their pursuit of international education. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for explaining the diverse opportunities available, showcasing our company's strengths, and detailing our extensive network of tie-ups with renowned universities. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities. Counsel students on available study destinations, course options, admission processes, eligibility, and documentation requirements. Follow up regularly with leads to ensure maximum conversion. Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with walk-in students. Maintain updated records of student interactions in the CRM system. Assist in organizing and participating in seminars, webinars, and education fairs. Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and documentation support. Achieve monthly student conversion and call targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling or telecalling (experience in overseas education preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one regional language. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in handling student queries. Ability to work under pressure and meet conversion targets. Good knowledge of study abroad processes, especially for countries like UK, USA, Canada, Germany, etc. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
