Job description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software, supporting various design and development projects across [industry, eg, mechanical, civil, or electrical] disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on engineering concepts, sketches, and mark-ups. Collaborate with project engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to interpret project requirements. Review and revise designs to meet technical specifications, standards, and regulations. Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings and designs. Maintain drawing and document control systems for version tracking and compliance. Support engineers in design calculations, BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation, and technical documentation. Conduct site visits (if applicable) to gather data and assist in construction/design coordination. Work within project timelines and budget constraints.
