Job description Role & responsibilities Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps. Design and implement in-house training programs in collaboration with departmental managers and HR. Facilitate internal learning sessions and workshops for employees across different levels. Develop annual training schedules and ensure alignment with business goals. Select appropriate training methods, including simulations, mentoring, and digital learning. Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content. Evaluate the impact of training on employee skills, performance, and KRAs. Gather feedback post-training and continuously refine training content. Maintain accurate training records and update the curriculum database regularly. Collaborate with key stakeholders to address evolving training needs. Manage external training vendors and ensure quality delivery. Drive brand values and organizational philosophy through all training initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously. Ability to analyze performance data and derive insights for improvement. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to mentor and develop junior trainers. Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development. At least 2 years in a sales training role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, nutrition, or FMCG sectors. Field selling experience of 4-5 years is a plus.
