Job description Role & responsibilities Handling of Civil / Criminal / Mining / Labour and Other Litigations. Attending the Court Hearing and briefing to advocate as and when required. Drafting vetting of the notice and the reply of the notices and different type of documents such as deeds, MOUs & other types of Agreements & Contracts. Draft Pleadings (Petitions, Appeals, Replies, Rejoinders, Interlocutory Applications) in matters before High Courts, Supreme Court and Other Courts / Authorities. Coordination, strategizing with various Departments, functions on one hand and with the Advocates on the other on various assignments tasks. Conducting legal research, briefing of cases to advocates, status update for the organizational cases and matters pending before the High Courts & Supreme Court and Other Courts/Authorities. Proper maintaining of assigned cases file and uploading details in SAP system. Traveling is mandatory for resolution of the critical issues / cases as and when directed by HoD. Other legal assignments as and when required or directed by HoD.
