Job description This position required familiarity with Draw Towers technology provided by Nextrom / S.G. Controls/ Conductix Delachaux / ZTT with knowledge about production and operations of optical fiber drawing sub-processes like furnace, die floor, centralized coating system, ramping up of drawing line. Primary Responsibilities: Working in all three shifts executing Die floor operations. Carrying out entire Die floor operations of fibre drawing as per standard operating procedures Ensure that the shift production targets are met as per plan with specified product yield quality. Keep all the machines in good operation status Submit regular reports on performance progress. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvement. Ensure that the Production entries done in ERP Troubleshooting of operation and process issues in the shift To operate centralized coating system and it's changeovers Additional Responsibilities: Working as per implemented QMS/ EOHS compliances. Maintaining good safe environment to avoid slips, trips other physical injuries. Reporting of near miss/injures.
