Job description Overview We are seeking a mid-level Analog Circuit Design Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to contribute to block-level to full-chip analog designs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of design innovation and industry best practices to our cutting-edge projects. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Principal Engineer to architect wireless transceiver chipsets in Design key analog blocks like BGR, DACs, TIAs, Baseband amplifier circuits etc. Assist in IC floor planning and layout design in collaboration with the Principal Engineer. Perform key top level simulations. Partner with cross-functional teams (systems engineering, test engineering, layout engineering) to define and build next-generation wireless sensors. Requirements Experience with tape outs in semiconductor technologies like SiGe-BiCMOS, Bulk CMOS, and SOI CMOS. Proficiency in designing analog blocks such as Bandgap References (BGR), Temperature Sensors, DACs and Low-Dropout Regulators (LDOs) etc. Proficiency with CAD tools for schematic capture, layout, and simulation (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre RF). Experience performing PVT simulations to ensure robust designs across process, voltage, and temperature variations. Familiarity with test equipment like oscilloscopes and network analyzers, and measurement techniques for analog circuits. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic experience in analog layout design.
