Job description Roles & Responsibilities Assist the Team Lead in the performance of their duties Carry out design calculations Produce sketch drawings Coordinate with BIM teams for production of drawings Prepare technical reports and presentations Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/Client Brief/Approved Concept Ensure compliance with relevant design standards Ensure quality and accuracy of designs Offer suggestions to assist in the efficiency of works Check documentation complies with design Attend design, clients, architects and site meetings Ensure compliance with program constraints and budget Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual Be fully familiar with codes and local Authorities requirements Formalize standards for specifications, drawings, etc- in conjunction with Team Lead Resolve any technical problems faced during the project design and/or construction stages Investigate and recommend renewable energy system selection Handle all correspondence including reports, technical specifications, and other technicaldocuments related to projects Provide technical assistance to QS team for preparation of cost and quantity estimates Any other duties and responsibilities as reasonably required by the Team Lead Requirements Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters degree is a plus) Minimum 3 years of experience in design consultancy Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting systems, control panels, and protection systems Proficiency in electrical design tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux, Revit, etc- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Show more Show less Role: Electrical / Electronics Engineer Industry Type: Power Department: Production, Manufacturing & Engineering Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Engineering Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate Key Skills electrical designdesigncontrol panelsrevitlighting systemsdialuxautocadcommunication skills
