Take full ownership of the assigned product throughout its lifecycle: Planning Design Implementation Testing Measurement Continuous improvement Lead initiatives to address challenges and drive improvements in: Product development Technology UI/UX Development organization and processes Must-have Requirements Ability to perform duties as a software engineer using English Experience working in a Japanese environment and the ability to communicate in Japanese at a business level (JLPT N3 or higher preferred) At least 4 years of practical experience in web application development Preferred Skills & Experiences Experience leading a development team Experience designing, developing, and operating a service from scratch Development experience using Ruby on Rails Salary Expected Annual Salary: $36,000 $79,700 (based on experience and qualifications) Example 1: Annual: $36,000 Monthly: $3,000 (Base: ~$2,230 + Fixed OT: ~$770) Example 2: Annual: $79,700 Monthly: $6,640 (Base: ~$4,920 + Fixed OT: ~$1,720) Note: A fixed overtime allowance is included for 45 hours per month, regardless of actual overtime worked.
