Job description Responsibilities Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods Ensure accuracy of inventory records, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to meet delivery schedules Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement efficient warehouse layout Enforce safety and security protocols to protect warehouse staff and property Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse activities, performance, and inventory levels Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and MS Office Forklift certification is a plus Skills Inventory Management Logistics Warehouse Operations Supply Chain Organizational Skills Time Management Attention to Detail Problem-solving Communication Interpersonal Skills MS Office Warehouse Management Systems.
