Job description Job Title: Offline Marketing & Event Executive Location: Noida (Field & Office-based) Company: Style Lounge Indias Leading BeautyTech & Salon Booking Platform Job Description: Style Lounge is seeking a dynamic, hands-on marketing professional female to lead and execute our offline marketing initiatives. The role involves organizing and managing on-ground events, salon promotions, society activations, and brand collaborations with cafes, restaurants, and lifestyle hubs. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground marketing events such as salon stalls, society activations, mall promotions, etc. Identify and close tie-ups with restaurants, cafes, gyms, and residential communities for brand promotions. Work closely with the content and design team to ensure branding consistency at events. Handle logistics, vendor management, permissions, and team coordination for each event. Collect feedback and performance metrics from each activation to improve future campaigns. Maintain a calendar of events and ensure flawless execution on weekends and peak days. Who You Are: 1–3 years of experience in offline marketing, BTL activities, or event management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Highly organized, energetic, and comfortable with fieldwork. Ability to work on weekends and during high-footfall hours. Passionate about beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
