Job description This is a full-time, on-site role for a MERN Full Stack Developer based in Sector 64, Noida. The developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing both front-end and back-end functionalities of web applications. Qualifications: 1+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development. Hands-on experience developing applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) Strong proficiency in JavaScript; experience with TypeScript is a plus. Familiarity with Next.js for server-side rendering and advanced frontend patterns. Experience building and consuming RESTful services. Knowledge of Redis and hands-on experience with WebSockets for real-time applications. Familiarity with SQL is expected. Practical understanding of DevOps, with hands-on experience in deploying applications and managing CI/CD workflows. Experience with state management frameworks like Redux. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and workarounds. Ability to design and implement scalable, low-latency, high-availability applications. Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting complex applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on challenging tasks. Knowledge of PHP is a plus.
