Job description We are looking for an enthusiastic and consultative Inside Sales Executive to drive our EdTech growth vertical. Your key focus will be to engage with parents, educators, and learners to help them understand the value of our strengths-based programs and convert interest into enrolments. 1 to 4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or consultative selling (preferably in EdTech, L&D, or services). Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. A self-starter with strong listening skills and the ability to ask powerful questions. Empathetic, curious, and passionate about learning and human development. Exposure to psychometric assessments or coaching-led programs is a plus.
