Qualifications : Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 5-12 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role in the home appliances , FMCG, Durable industry. Proven track record of managing primary and secondary sales in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer durables environment. Strong understanding of the Chhatisgarg market . Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills : Experience in distribution and channel management . Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and reporting. Proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools .
