Job description Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, updating status reports, and following up on offers extended. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment). Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interview coordination, offer management etc. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients/hiring managers/candidates.
