Job description JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordination with Architectural, Structural and Other Consultant regarding Drawing. Planning & Managing Activity for smooth running of site. Attending progress review meeting conducted by Client. Maintaining the Budget and Target of the Project. Maintaining the Quality of work. Carrying out Documentation work by maintaining up to date record of ITR, Concrete receipts. Estimation of concrete quantity as required on site. Coordination with the contractor regarding updates on the latest drawing available to execute the work. Reporting to Project Manager on a daily basis for the progress achieved on the target set Reporting any irregularities & critical issues found on site to Project Manager. Efficiently and effectively utilizes the manpower, material & equipment to achieve higher productivity.
