Description Key Responsibilities Contact leads generated via social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Understand customer needs and explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly. Build strong customer relationships to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Follow up with leads consistently to ensure conversion. Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools or internal systems. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer responses. Requirements Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a similar role (preferably handling social media leads). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet sales targets. Basic understanding of social media platforms and how leads are generated. Good organizational and time-management skills.
