Job description Responsibilities: Responsible for monthly/quarterly/ annual business performance includes revenue, costs and margins. Developing sales strategies. Opening business avenues- new cities and expansion. Responsible for the entire lead to disbursement funnel and operational efficiency. Ensurance high process adherence to deliver high success rates. Minimizing TAT for login to disbursement for the team. Managing / Hiring and Team Building: Increase performance per person Liasoning with builders/ channel partners/DSAs and empanel them with Magicbricks. Collaborate with banks/NBFC’s to increase business with them. Processing loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Accurately log files into the appropriate Banks/NBFC Maintaining P&L for the zone given Skills and Requirements: Experienced in HL/LAP sales, channel management and team management.
