Job description UAT Functional Testers with 23 years of experience, specifically for LMS FIN ONE Application testing: Job Title: UAT Functional Tester – LMS FIN ONE Application Experience: 2–3 Years Job Description Key Responsibilities * Execute UAT scenarios based on business requirements and process workflows. * Understand and validate Loan Management System (LMS) functionalities, especially within the FIN ONE application. * Identify, document, and track functional issues, bugs, and inconsistencies. * Coordinate with business users to facilitate UAT sign-offs. * Collaborate with developers and QA team to validate issue resolution. * Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and logs. * Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on system behavior from a user perspective. Required Skills & Experience * 2–3 years of experience in functional testing, preferably in the banking or NBFC domain. * Hands-on experience with FIN ONE LMS (Loan Management System) is mandatory. * Good understanding of loan lifecycle, repayment schedules, interest calculations, and delinquency handling. * Experience in UAT testing – creating test scenarios, executing test cases, and capturing results. * Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes. * Good communication skills to liaise with business and technical teams. Good to Have Exposure to test management tools (like JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
