Job description We are looking for a young, enthusiastic professional, to lead a small team of customer service associates, in a startup environment. The job is based out of our Goregaon, Mumbai office, and will be serving Indian clients. Minimum 6-8 years experience in handling a team of customer service associates, in a Voice process. Experience with domestic clients will be preferred. Pleasant personality ( may need to go on video calls with clients ) Speaks decent english / writes decent english.
