Job description Job Opening: Instore Sales Executive Location: Powai, Mumbai Contact: Amruta (HR) 98333 82822 Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Instore Sales Executive with a background in Interior Design or Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales, managing client relationships, and maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Attending Walk-in Clients Greet and assist walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and suggest personalized solutions. Provide showroom tours and recommend suitable furniture. Use digital displays (TVs, tablets) to showcase extended product ranges. Ensure a warm, comfortable, and professional client experience. 2. Sales Proposal Create detailed sales proposals with design concepts and material specifications. Coordinate with modular furniture designers for custom pricing. Verify pricing with the Sales Manager before client submission. Share final proposals promptly with clients. 3. Client Follow-ups Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and client queries. Update inquiry information daily via the provided Google form. Record reasons for lost leads or non-conversions. 4. Order Processing & Dispatch Prepare and submit final order forms post-confirmation. Share order details and delivery timelines via email or WhatsApp. Work with designers to create working drawings and obtain client approval. Monitor production progress and provide regular client updates. Conduct initial and final quality checks in coordination with the manager. Notify clients when the product is ready and coordinate finaldelivery after dues clearance. 5. Showroom Display & Maintenance Maintain showroom presentation in line with brand standards. Assist the Admin Manager with daily operations and report any maintenance issues. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
