Job description Job Title: Kitchen Designer Location: Powai Department: Design Reports To: Design Manager / Senior Architect Job Type: Full-Time Contact Person: Amruta (HR) 9833382822 Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our Design team in Powai. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life through functional, innovative, and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and wardrobe designs. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Consultation Understand client requirements, style preferences, and budget. Recommend appropriate layouts, materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories. Translate client needs into functional, visually appealing kitchen and wardrobe designs. 2. Design Presentation & Pricing Prepare and present detailed design concepts with pricing proposals. Optimize kitchen functionality based on ergonomics,workflow, and storage needs. Incorporate client feedback and revise designs accordingly. 3. Project Coordination Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and coordinate with manufacturers for materials, hardware, and accessories. Liaise with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery. Maintain accurate records of client communications, design iterations, and approvals. 4. Showroom Display Management Ensure that showroom displays are well-maintained and reflect current company standards. Track lending of sample materials to clients and ensure their timely return with proper documentation. 5. Product Development & Research Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations. Work with management on new product development and service enhancement.
