Job description JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose As an individual contributor role, you will be working as a part of data team, responsible of understanding the business requirements, feasibility of data, taking ownership of the tasks and using best practices. He/she will be responsible for designing and implementing the Data solution. Organizational Relationships Key Responsibilities Working with the business to understand processes and capture requirements. Write efficient, clear code and able to articulate what has been implemented and why and along with accompanying test suites. Working with dynamic agile environment. Status reporting both to business and technology management. Provide seamless support to all the business functions. Support the data management activity for doing dashboards Application support as part of team. Functional Responsibilities Develop, design, test and implement complex database programs using Oracle and third-party tools. Designing & creation of table structures Ensure that database programs follow V3 standards. Ability to write & de-bug complex SQL queries Performance tuning of SQL's, application programs and instances. Evaluation of new and upcoming technologies. Providing technical assistance, problem resolution and troubleshooting support. Job Requirements Graduate / Post Graduate. Qualification & Experience Functional Competencies 2-5 years of experience in PL SQL Development Experience in PLSQL Development. Strong experience with oracle functions, procedures, triggers, packages & performance tuning. Hands on development using Oracle SQL & PL/SQL. Experience with Oracle Version 10g, 11g, 12c. Performance tuning of SQL's, application programs and instances.
