Job description Responsible for infrastructure & Equipment maintenance like 32KV Substation, DG, Transformer, HT/LT-Chiller, UPS, PAC, VRV, water plant, AHU, Exhaust & ventilation system, Lift, Switchgear like, ACB, VCB, MCCB, RCCB, RCB, and Capacitor bank. Coordination with team for utility/premises services enhancement & Smooth operation of facility. Keeping tracking of all equipment daily checking, PPM & testing as per desire frequency or standard. FAS, Firefighting, STP, WTP operation & maintenance. Updating of Daily Reading and Analysis & Preparation of Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Half yearly, Yearly Reports. Experience in Electrical Safety. Operating And control knowledge he WTGS with SCADA & HMI. Experience in a management or formal leadership role. Experience in reading & understand Electrical drawings. Experience in leading employee performance and development Experience in delivering presentations to senior leadership. Experience in holding team members accountable for results. Experience in effective Communication and collaboration with clients. Experience in Audit Documents and Compliance as per Electrical Standards. Experience in prioritizing activities, delegating, and monitoring assignments. Experience in analyzing information and making strategic decisions/recommendations. Experience in conducting performance evaluations, Training, feedback, and mentoring. Experience in Planning and scheduling the Preventative Maintenance Activity with safety. Experience in switching and control of electrical distribution and transmission systems.
