Job description Roles & Responsibilities Accurately post insurance and patient payments. Apply adjustments, denials and refunds as per payer guidelines. Balance daily batches. Familiarity with medical billing system, EOBs, ERAs and Insurance payment processes Knowledge of payer guidelines, denial codes and reimbursement policies. Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance payment processing.
