We’re seeking a dynamic, service-obsessed, people-first Area Manager to oversee our most premium formats — LUXE, Insignia, and Gold Class — in Bangalore, Kochi, and Trivandrum. They’re artfully designed, all-recliner auditoriums serving up an exceptional culinary experience, curated by icons like Chef Sarah Todd (MasterChef Australia), Chef Vicky Ratnani, and our in-house Japanese maestro Chef Saito. Think velvet service, gourmet menus, immersive screening environments — and your leadership bringing it all to life. --- What You’ll Do: Lead multiple luxury cinema units with a laser focus on service, consistency, and guest delight. Manage F&B experiences on par with top-tier gourmet restaurants. Collaborate with chefs, local teams, and operations to maintain elevated guest experiences. Inspire and mentor on-ground teams to deliver excellence every single show. Maintain top-line revenue and drive bottom-line profitability through smart planning and guest retention. --- Who Should Apply: Assistant F&B Managers, Multi-Outlet Restaurant Managers, or Hospitality Mavericks with 5+ years in premium, fine-dining, or luxury hotel operations. Someone with a flair for luxury experiences, people leadership, and premium service standards. Candidates from brands like Olive, ITC, Hyatt, Leela, Perch, The Table, EHV, or a Chef-led Diner will thrive here. Based in Bangalore / Kochi / Trivandrum or open to relocating to Bangalore.
