Job description Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Experience centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable gas solutions (LPG Gas bank, Leakcheck,Vaporisers,LPGenius,Fuel Fusion,LPGenius Lite etc.), and closing sales effectively. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at our experience centre.. Lead generation,backend sales and handling onsite sales as well Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly. Manage product Inventory as well as dealer sales Suggest suitable products based on customer needs (domestic/commercial). Generate and follow up on leads from local inquiries. Maintain records of sales, billing, and customer feedback. Coordinate with the backend team for delivery and installation scheduling. Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and customer-ready. Requirements: Minimum 2-5 years of retail or sales experience. Basic knowledge of LPG/PNG products preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers. Local language fluency: basic English and Hindi. Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
