The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven experience in handling commercial real estate transactions, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the real estate market and strong negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities for leasing and selling commercial properties (offices, retail spaces, warehouses, etc.). Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, property showings, negotiations, and closures. Maintain and build relationships with corporate clients, investors, property owners, and real estate consultants. Prepare and present proposals, financial analyses, and leasing/sales documentation. Work closely with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction closures. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and potential investment opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums. Manage a team of sales and leasing executives (if applicable) and provide regular performance reports. Ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws and company policies. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial property leasing and sales. Strong knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and investment strategies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong network of clients and property owners in the commercial real estate sector. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
