Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage hotel operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through effective room sales, package deals, and promotions. Foster strong relationships with guests by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
